September 11 Mass of Remembrance – 25th Anniversary

On Friday, September 11, 2026, the faithful of the Diocese of Rockville Centre are invited to gather in prayer as we commemorate the 25th Anniversary of September 11, 2001.

A special Mass of Remembrance will be celebrated at 12:10 PM at the Cathedral of Saint Agnes in Rockville Centre. Bishop John O. Barres will serve as the celebrant and homilist.

As we mark this solemn anniversary, we remember in prayer all those who lost their lives, their families and loved ones, our first responders, and all whose lives were forever changed by the events of September 11.
