Celebrating the Blessed Mother’s Birthday September 8th

This coming Monday, September 8th, we joyfully gather as a parish family to celebrate the Birthday of the Blessed Mother with prayer, song, and devotion. It is a beautiful opportunity to honor Mary, the Mother of God, who continues to intercede for us and lead us closer to her Son, Jesus.

A Special Evening of Prayer

Our celebration begins with a Candlelight Rosary Procession at 7:00 PM, followed by Benediction. As the glow of candles lights up our church, our prayers will rise like incense, offering Mary our petitions, gratitude, and love.

Throughout the day, the image of Our Lady will be displayed in the church. Parishioners are encouraged to bring petitions and roses, placing them before Mary as an expression of faith and devotion.

Children and Families

We especially welcome families to take part in this spiritual event. At 6:45 PM, children will gather in the Church Hall to prepare for the procession. Recent First Communicants are invited to wear their First Communion outfits, making this evening even more meaningful as they honor the Blessed Mother.

Fellowship After Prayer

Following the Benediction, all are invited to share in refreshments in the Church Hall. Donations of cookies or cupcakes are most welcome and greatly appreciated as we come together in community and fellowship.
